Scope
This Privacy and Data Protection Policy (“Policy”) of JoGo (Consult2Grow Consultoria em Marketing Ltda.) (“JoGo”) applies to all natural persons who have their personal data processed by JoGo (the “Owners”), through the use of our website, our services, applications for our vacancies, interactions with JoGo on social networks or the offer of products and services, among others.
JoGo will treat your personal data in accordance with Law No. 13.709 / 2018 – General Personal Data Protection Law (“LGPD”) and other applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, JoGo adopts the following legal defi nitions:
“Personal Data” is any information relating to an identifi ed or identifi able natural person;
“Sensitive Data” is any personal data on racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, affi liation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data , when linked to a natural person;

Collected data
Among others, JoGo may collect the following Personal Data, as provided by the Owner or by third parties authorized by the Owner to provide them or, further, obtained from public sources:

● Nationality
● CPF
● ID
● Work register booklet
● Position and Company
● Profession
● Education
● Telephone numbers (landline and mobile)
● Email address
● Bank account information
● Address
As the case may be, JoGo may collect other Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Policy.
Purposes and Storage
In general, JoGo will collect and process Personal Data to enable the regular exercise of its activities and compliance with the law.
To this end, when applicable, JoGo will obtain consent from the Owner. In other cases, the processing of Personal Data will be based on compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, exercise of JoGo’s rights or legitimate interest of JoGo or third parties, in accordance with the LGPD.
Personal Data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, observing the storage periods required by applicable law and other legal grounds for the respective treatment and storage. Where applicable, in case of withdrawal of consent, Personal Data will be deleted.

JoGo may share Personal Data and other information with third parties for the purposes described in this Policy.
JoGo may transfer and store Personal Data abroad in partner environments with an adequate information security structure, subject to the provisions of the LGPD.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Law, JoGo is responsible for protecting the Personal Data and is committed to always prioritizing the security and privacy of Personal Data, by adopting technical, physical and administrative security measures developed to provide reasonable protection to Personal Data against loss, undue use, unauthorized access, disclosure or edit.
The security measures may include fi rewall, data cryptography, controls for information access authorization.
Owners are responsible for protecting and maintaining privacy of their information and to verify if their Personal Data kept by JoGo are accurate and updated.
Owner’s Rights
In case JoGo is the controller of Personal Data, the owner of Personal Data may exercise the rights provided for in LGPD at any time, including, request confi rmation of Processing, access their Personal Data, request correction or elimination of Personal Data, among others.
Changes to this Policy
JoGo is always kept up to date to maintain the highest standards of security and ensure your privacy, so we reserve the right to change this Policy at any time.
